I went to Catholic school from K thru 12th. Never saw anything like that. I also taught my son's CCD class from 1st to 9th grades and never did that. In fact, our son wrote an essay on why God didn't exist for his freshman religion class, taught by a brother and got an A.

I’m a high school administrator and when homeschool kids finally enroll in public school because the parents can no longer teach them the high school curriculum, they often times come in and get their asses handed to them. There are exceptions of course, but most are woefully underprepared.

I used to run a kids arts org with day and summer camps. By 8:30 AM, we knew which kids were home schooled. Socially not well adjusted.
