Technically it does. But I believe it’s undeniable there are lifer Dems in the party who get more out of a republican government than a democratic one.

The same thing they say every single cycle. “It’s time to fight for democracy by donating your money”. Do you think the DNC, which is a private corporation, makes more money with Dem leaders or republicans? My bet is republicans.

But would they say they are a part of the left?

They believe the people think they are left. We don’t.

I agree with you the centrist/right leaning Democrats don't really do it for me either
