Being loud while riding an ATV seems like a very "white" behavior. I wonder if there may have been other visual factors making this person label it as criminal. 🤔

I see way more ATV in the small rural community I currently live vs. the somewhat bigger city I used to live in. I am trying to imagine popping a wheelie with one though.

Given the demographics of the ATV clubs that keep lobbying to be allowed to tear hell down Main Street in small towns around here...still exceedingly, blindingly white behavior.
