Sort of. Trump admires Kim Jong Un, who rules a largely racially homogenous country. Racial unity / nationalism is the means to solidify fascism, not the foundation. If we’re being technical. But it’s a lot more than “race-baiting.” Propaganda makes it so that a growing number believe the bullshit.
