This July 4th I’m thinking about this horrible mess we’re in. About what my grandpa would think after serving in WW2 fighting this bs. And my dad who came back from Baghdad traumatized from having soldiers die in his arms. Memories of them keep me going, their fight & patriotism. Never surrender! ✊

My Dad fought in WWII, his uncle in WWI, his uncle in the Mexican-American War, his Dad in the War of 1812, and his father in law in the Revolutionary War. My Mom’s grandfather was in the Wilder’s Brigade in the Civil War. My Dad was also a Korean War vet and served in Vietnam. I have fight!

My father fought Nazis on the ground in WWII, after landing on Utah Beach on D-Day. He would be appalled, but, sadly, not surprised by the fascist regime our government has become. He came home deeply cynical about the human race after helping to liberate Auschwitz.
My dad was an engineer i Normandy in WW II. My uncle served under Patton in Italy. They fought Nazis. I will too. We will do this together.

My dad was a WWII veteran who served in Germany and France. He could never speak about what he saw and endured. The thought of it brought tears to his eyes. Too many real patriots have suffered and died for this country. What is happening in this country via a draft dodging felon is unforgivable.
My dad was in the 100th Bat in Italy and France and he could never talk about it either. My mom was watching the show “Combat” once and my dad told her “you wish combat was that clean” and left the room.

Same. My uncle was a B-17 pilot and was KIA in the skies over Germany. My grandfather earned the Purple Heart in WWII. My 7th Great grandfather was Col. James Barrett. It was his farm the British raided in Concord, looking for ammo guns etc. He's currently rolling in his grave. Bless you dad!!!
