Just use aloe Vera on your sun burn and some good lotion it will heal much faster. As a mom who has tried lots of different sunscreen brands Sun Bum is the best for preventing a burn.

Wrong - aloe traps in the heat and can cause heat stroke.

Hi that’s incorrect I’m not sure where you got your information but aloe Vera is soothing on a sunburn. Heat stroke is caused by your body’s inability to regulate its temperature after long heat or sun exposure, if you have heat stroke symptoms you are way past sunburn and should go to the doctor.

Wow I’m sorry that happened to you but the aloe did not give you heat stroke the sun and heat did you putting aloe on had nothing to do with the heat stroke I’m sorry your ER doc was didn’t properly explain what happened to you.
