So glad in Canada, we don’t vote for our judges and they don’t identify with a political party.
So glad in Canada, we don’t vote for our judges and they don’t identify with a political party.
That is the best solution (with its normal defecf as all humans activity are)
True, but it also makes it harder for a politically elected official to visually lean on a judge or sheriff.
In general no official in the DOJ should be elected/nominated. Only the secretary/minister and its report. Obviously part of the low enforcmement should directly report to court (generally a low %): the so called "Judicial Police". In my opinion this is the only framework that guarantees balance
Well, looks like shit happens, then a lot of people complain about it, then still do a whole lot of nothing.
Technically a Supreme Court judge is supposed to be a constitutionalist foremost and impartial. But that’s not what’s happened, a few lied to get in office and others have been kissing the felons ring.
You’re half correct.
Rather be half right than wholly wrong.
