With all due respect, Kennedy does NOT believe in herd immunity. To achieve herd immunity, over 92% (from memory) vaccination rate must be achieved. This is enough to pretty much eliminate the disease, meaning the un-vaccinated (8%) will not become infected. This is the opposite to RFK's plans.
