My guess on the Rudy Giuliani story is that he was DUI, passed out and stopped his car on the highway at night, and got slammed into by another car. Everything else is just bullshit obfuscation

Sounds believable, but are the New Hampshire police really going to bat for him like that? The report makes sense - police had a big scene going on the 1 highway side, Rudy's driver slowed down to a crawl (rubber-necking) 19yo didn't. BAM!! Rudy sucks, but that's my take. 🤷♂️
