Like, I've pointed these things out, but I'm a new patient, and they don't know me. But when I'm saying "this hurts a lot".... *sigh* Sorry, venting. I have to go back in 5 weeks and NOT looking forward to it.

it's totally reasonable to be venting about this, what they did to you is inappropriate and you deserve way better treatment than that is there a way you can take someone with you to the next appointment? some people like that are less awful in front of witnesses, which is also awful, but, useful

Unfortunately, no. I only have 1 person locally and between her work/family schedule PLUS the pulmonologist's office won't allow anyone back with the patient. I think I will politely insist on a manual reading. If they won't, I will mention it to the Dr. He's a decent guy.
