I love how sensitive she comes off (not that she wasn’t, but we think of her as such a tough cookie). But her years of battles with Warner Bros. obviously made her acutely aware of Andrews’ disappointment, and sympathetic to her plight, and she expresses it so beautifully and sensibly here.
