I’d be careful about getting too high-and-mighty. As much as I’ve admired you dropping MAGA and joining the Democratic Party, I’d remind you that you were a part of the group that lit the anti-government fuse that has led us to this point. Do agree that people don’t see the imminent threat we face.

Anti-government is very much at odds with the current administration.

Maybe I should have written anti-effective government. Regardless, the Freedom Caucus has for decades made the case for destroying government as we have known it. This administration IS destroying government of 3 branches, replacing it with only an executive. Seems pretty anti-government to me.

You are right though...he helped create this mess so he now saying what we need to do to fix it does come off as less than sincere...talkers always talk...

1000%. Barack Obama is not the problem. "Leaders" like Pelosi, Schumer, and Jeffries are. Obama has a way of speaking that connects with just about everyone, if they're willing to listen. I see good old Tea Party Joe is still stuck in Obama hating mode.

Obama has been a massive disappointment, and the one who opened the door for the abuse of EOs.

Just curious - Do you have any numbers to support the last half of your post? As I see it, the # of EOs is not the problem; it’s when they are interpreted as being actual laws which they are not. They’re like memos. Hell, I believe even Washington issued EOs.

There's a table on this page that shows that the guy commenting has no idea how many executive orders past presidents have issued. www.presidency.ucsb.edu/statistics/d...

I apologize for the misgendering. However, not to be overly petty, but shouldn't you be hedgelady if you're that concerned about people confusing your gender? It was an honest mistake.

In that case, let me gender it correctly. The person commenting has no fucking clue about EOs.

Like I'd listen to some twat who can't even bother to apologize simply for misgendering someone, instead insists on telling someone what their user name should be. Go away white boy.
