If MLB needs a salary minimum and Cap NOW! If you’re not going to work to make a team the best it can be; you should not own it! Not saying spend 300million but there should be a minimum of 120,000,000! Not fair to fans! Do they discount the tickets because they are really fielding a AAA team??
