The Rays have been in the playoffs 5 of the last 6 years. But the larger point is that if somebody on your street doesn't take care of their house and it looks awful, it doesn't mean everybody else on the street should do the same so they don't feel bad.

They dropped it because they were mandated too. They had to get over 100 million that’s why I’m saying that if they put a minimum in of 120, million that would make it a little bit more equal a little more competitive.
