Why did he need to step out of the vehicle for headlights being off during daylight on a non rainy day? He told them his window was broken and couldn’t roll down so he opened his door. Why does he have to get out? Just because they told him to isn’t a valid reason.
Exactly! After he told the officer that it wasn’t even raining, the officer said it didn’t matter. Huh? He also asked for a supervisor as I’m sure he was afraid to exit his vehicle. They didn’t call a supervisor. Instead they smashed his window, punched him in the face and uses excessive force.
