Omar Al-Bashir has one too but the ANC decided genocide is good as long as the perpetrator's an Arab and refused to arrest him and literally nothing happened to the ANC in South Africa because of that, legally.

I did not know there was one issued for him, too. Those that signed on for the ICC need to stop giving these guys a pass - it emboldened them and diminishes the rule of law.
