I mean it makes a change for them to ram each other rather than another nations vessel, so you've got to give them that at least.

Supposing the sailor w/the fender went overboard, it's disconcerting the PLA Navy ship didn't execute a Williamson turn immediately or perhaps at all. Maybe "F- your own" is the ship's motto.
