As a retired former DHS U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Supervisory federal officer, my advice to other federal officers is this... "A badge is not a license to dehumanize."

True but it seems that so many with a badge suddenly feel the urge to belittle others using their badge as reinforcement. Nothing personal, I don’t know you. I’m just thinking of those with a badge I do know.
