I would hope they are equally horrified by images of emaciated Palestinians (or any human beings for that matter). I would not be more outraged by images of emaciated Americans than I am by images of emaciated Palestinians (especially the children). Do people actually think this way?

Some people do, when they no longer think of some people as human beings, and I fear this is what has happened in Israel for many, not just in the last 2 years, but as the result of an education & propaganda machine which has accumulatively dehumanised Palestinians over decades.
