Actually not too difficult. I was considering techniques cusp... 70-80s As a child you take tooth cells from the nascent adult teeth and deep freeze them. Then implant in the socket of an extracted tooth. See what happens. You might need some other chemical cofactors in the local tissues. But...

My bet would be a biological imperative to grow as a replacement tooth! You would need a full set of seed teeth though. Pending discovering the developmental cues that distinguish an incisor from a molar. Ooo Well we have moved on... Some heavy reading awaits offline!
