It could of been worse. Dunkin' Donuts shrank to just Dunkin'. Cracker Barrel could have chosen Cracker.

Would be more understandable than changing Dunkin Donuts to Dunkin. And all my experiences with Cracker Barrel have been positive; they're just pretty long ago (family trips from NJ to SC via I-95).
