Logic says yes, the evidence says no. The likelihood that Musk interfered I would say on a scale 1 to 10 is a 9.

I saw a hacker explain how easily it can be done. A timed piece of code deleting X% of certain votes that won't function until the final tally. Being timed, pre-testing won't find it. Unless there is an audit of the paper ballots to the final numbers, there is no confirmation of anything.
