It sure is. It’s better to try to buy time, negotiate in good faith and try to hammer out a deal while maintaining sovereignty and independence.

I think the majority of Canadians are prepared to ride out this storm. Canada has a tremendous amount of resources to draw on. If Ukraine can survive 4 years of war with Russia, Canada can survive this trade war with the orange clown.
