yes
yes
like maybe u missed it? but like 5 days ago merz (as in the head of the cdu) blamed immigrants for antisemitism in germany
...Okay? And? Republican Party politicians say shit that like 100 times on a Tuesday. Do you think this remark validly compares him to the extremism of the Republicans?
that is completely irrelevant. do u think 80 odd million trump voters are all zealot extremists? cos thats a way more ridiculous & naive take tbh
Did I say Trump voters? Because I remember specifically saying "Republican Party politicians".
again, ur words were 'do you genuinely believe that even a significant minority of germany's cdu/csu party would vote for trump?' & u couldnt accept that i said yes (when u said 'minority', so i showed u what the fucking leader said which is very racist)
like fella u can just admit u dont know much about eu politics & the general rightward trend its ok to admit u were wrong & cited some polling in good faith which reality proves to be utter bullshit
Okay, Π΅Π°t shΡt; I'm not wrong, there is no way that any significant number of CDU voters would vote for Trump and one xenophobic statement by its leader is not evidence of that. I mean Trump's (former lol) friend threw a NAZI SALUTE TWICE LIVE ON TV for fuck's sake. Think Germans would like that?
lol ok
The Republican party, if hypothetically elected in Germany, would send them on military adventures to the Middle East, rip them out of the EU and close the borders, dismantle and defund their universal healthcare, and try to destroy their education system.
Do you genuinely believe that any significant number of moderately conservative Germans would want that? Do you think that even 100% of far-right Germans would want that?
Then you are an absolute mΠ΅ntΠ°ΠΠΎΡd. and you have no idea what you're talking about at all. The CDU and Trump's Republican Party are not even fucking close when it comes to how far-right they are.
ok
like how much time have u spent in different areas of germany? & more importantly do u think as basically every study on voting preferences shows political alignment is formed between 18-30 & usually not deviated from other than to go further right when owning more esp. in less informed groups
especially those who only turn up to vote every 4 yrs? cos those are a lot of the standard constant gop voters who elected trump & harris tried to court but dems never will cos they generally dont care & ignore politics. & they def dont care when dems offer nothing other than more of the same
Wait, just out of curiosity, were/are you a non-voting leftist?
i a) dont see how thats relevant, b) do not live in the usa, c) if i did it wouldnt matter because the states i would live in / have family & friends in arent swing states, & d) yeah i wouldve been obviously
