And IF there’s a rebound and restart of trade, shipping rates will rise sharply and stay there until things smooth out again, several months possibly.

Best case scenario. Pretty sure it will be far worse. Major decisions will not be made on hope and even if it does play out anywhere close to this, the turnaround will take far, far longer. imo.
