Wow, that's great! Maybe people won't need to wear masks anymore when they're on the road? Or still too many cars/trucks spewing fumes??

Having been to Hanoi and seen the millions of motorcycles on the road, I’m not sure this is achievable in such a short timeframe.

A “challenge” for this policy is poorer people who have petrol scooter, will have a “worthless asset” and lack funds to purchase new electric scooter. Will be interesting to see if assistance given?

I'd imagine a gradual phase-out
