I have had to take breaks from this site and just focus on prepping meals, doing my prep exercises, watching my birds, working with my service dog, etc.

I take breaks myself so I can recharge my brain and soul. Who would have thought our country would have been taken over by a con man. By Nostradamus predicted that our country would fall under the spell of someone like Trump. I never believed in his predictions until now.

The family I had that were like that I disowned a long time ago. One friend I have not known for long and it just became increasingly clear. Religious bigoted zealot. The other friend I knew for decades and she was literally brainwashed. Changed more and more and more. She was starting to use
