It's from The Goon, a comic by Eric Powell. Sort of a mix of hillbilly gothic, old-timey gangsters, b-movie monsters, etc. The main characters are the titular Goon (a strongman turned Mob Enforcer) and his best friend Franky, who fight a gang of the undead for control of a small town.

For some reason it reminded me of Mignola hellboy asthetically, ill have to take a look at it.
