Why? Seriously.
It seems simple enough - were I an evil, penny-pinching state with an eye exclusively on snuggling up to big business, ignoring the plight of the poorest citizens and just caring about the bottom line, I’d say it costs too much for the state to let people live beyond 90, so just let them die.
Plastics and Pfas forever chemicals are a huge threat to our future health, and there is very little individuals can do to avoid them. We must have collective governmental action.
