Bob what is exactly is a million bond? I don't mind spotting Jimmie the $5, but I was just curious what it's for.

In case RWR ultimately prevails, they may have damages, for instance, the buyer may have the right not to go through with the deal and the value of the charters goes down. The bond protects RWR in such a situation as they can obtain it if they can prove the $5 million in damages.
