Oh absolutely! William Wesley Peters was the main guy behind that. He never wanted recognition, just complete his father-in-laws vision. He was also the chief engineer for Frank from 34-59.

When I drove up here from Austin I guess almost exactly six years ago, I stayed in the Price Tower the first night (it currently does not have a hotel) and in the Park Inn in Mason City the second night, and deemed that the Wright Route.
