You are looking at the wrong clues. AI struggles to stay consistent when it comes to video. The tattoo on his leg or the writing on his shorts would not be this consistent if this was AI. Have a nice day.

There are several reasons I believe this is AI, not just the fingers & legs. But to your point, it would be interesting to see if it would be consistent if it were on screen longer. The words & tattoo are shown for a few seconds on an already very short clip.
