What you may not consider noteworthy may be noteworthy to others. The bills she's introduced this year seem to be meaningful. Whether or not they can get passed is another story.

As far as stopping Trump - what is any Senator able to do? The power is in the states. Govenors, AGs, the lawyers fighting against the administration and the courts. There's little democratic senators in Congress can get passed. They can slow down the progress of Trumpism but they can't stop it.
