Why and how? If she moved into each house with the intention of it being her primary residence it’s totally normal for people who don’t sell their previous house to have multiple homes that were listed as their primary home on the mortgage application.

she was already under contract for the purchase when she closed the refinance. there's no indication she moved into the GA property, and her work was in MI

Still don’t get the details here. So she refinanced her primary home, while it was her primary home, and just before buying a new primary home? The law says the president can fire her in very specific circumstances. Basically she needs to be corrupt or taking bribes on the job.

Don’t like it? Fine, change the law. But that’s what the law says. If they think she committed fraud they should prosecute her. Laws like this with long paper trails are generally pretty easy to prosecute if someone committed fraud. Ask 47, he has 34 felony convictions to prove it.

If they aren’t prosecuting her for this, there’s a reason: 1) They know they can’t actually convict, because she didn’t break the law, or 2) They tried and failed to get a grand jury to indict, because she didn’t break the law
