Well, trying to intro you to some? YMMV — As an hardline partisan political ideology, there’s a lot of nonsense. As a critical POV deployed against possibilities of sclerosis, corruption, or capture of government institutions — including in liberal democracies — it can offer some useful insights
Im familiar with libertarian "thought" and i dont want any new friends who think the government shouldnt be allowed to issue drivers licenses or prohibit illegal dumping. Thanks though. Odd someone who claims to not be a libertarian seems like a Mormon missionary on the subject...
I’m more of a (former) political theorist type, so have a wonky interest in the usage of political / ideological labels… One point in your favour is that the ppl I’ve listed have themselves become queasy about the label “libertarian” as they’re uncomfortable with how it’s been deployed in practice
