Where did you source this? Sounds more like communism. Socialist societies generally retain public sector ownership of hospitals, transport, etc and exercise a social responsibility to look after those in need (sick, poor etc).

If MAGA was able to fundamentally change their party's agenda into a fascist one within three electoral cycles, it's not hard to think the Democratic party can't move theirs to a democratic socialist one. Given the climate MAGA has created it's more possible now than ever.
