I work in that industry and I am aware of only very few drugs that “corrupt” Pharma had to retract after approval, mostly for rare safety events. Vaccines have even better records. I have no idea why you say “some” vaccines. Vaccines have wiped out diseases and greatly reduced the danger of others.
