A common theme in 1st term memoirs of "adults in the room" is Trump wouldn't read briefings (daily intel, etc). It got to the point that they tried to make it just a headline, a few short bullets, and lots of pics & graphs If he just reads titles, that may be where he gets his capitalization ideas?

I posed a theory a few years ago, that he doesn't have a very solid grasp on that whole "some letters are capitalized & some stay small" thing, & he randomly &furiously throws some in hoping he's hitting at least a few right. 2nd theory: he thinks there's just a quota of capped letters per sentence
