You said that the state collects them, which isn't what happens. Maybe you meant "collected from people in your state"? Still, I don't think there is a way to do that.

Employers then send those federal taxes directly to the federal government. At no point does the state hold them.

Which legally subject the employers to penalties, fees and seizure of assets. There is zero realistic chance of this happening or having any impact if it did. Its like slitting your own throat thinking that will give you the last word.

Firstly, I haven't supported this administer in any way in this thread. I’ve used my knowledge to address your proposal, which is a non-starter for the reasons I addressed. It’s also been tried before. Instead of resenting my knowledge, take the opportunity to expand your own. Think you can do that?
