Well, those three are all a part of 2254, not seen from 2257 onward. If they show up now, it needs to not be from just popping out of some room like Romulan La'an.

If so, yes. And yet — none of these are so precious, we HAVE ot have them> Keeps getting back to a feel that there's only about 300 in all of Starfleet.
