I read this article. I’m 63, got the Covid vaccines+boosters on a regular schedule. NEVER had COVID. So now, I’m at risk of being a first time COVID getter with no vaccine protection because the government is denying me, an intelligent adult, the right to get that vaccine. Fuck RFK WSED.

You should be able to get it as long as you discuss with your doctor and they sign the order. We can give it. May be a little harder at pharmacies but guidelines look like they want you go to an appointment and ask that the doctor discuss risk and benefits (which is done regardless).
You could sue him and/or the administration, and claim you are being directly harmed by losing access to needed healthcare.
Honestly, fuck them! Go to CVS and tell them you have asthma or something. Whatever. Not like rules matter anymore.
