You definitely can in Mexico, but we’re still not sure when the updated vaccine will be available. Last year it wasn’t until October.

In the pharmacies it goes for MX$900-$1200, so around US$50-$60. Some are cheaper than others, and some run promotions for getting it at the same time as Flu vaccine, so you pay about US$65 for both.
