well, he's set everything up, he can't do it without the election. there's no further action for him to take on this issue so i consider done. but no other state has passed such a law yet. they just keep saying they're "considering" it

no state, including california, has passed such a law yet. not no “other” state. and he could be out there stumping for it — making it his priority — but instead he’s attacking homeless people. because he’s a greasy showman, not actually trying to get it done

but he did, he literally signed it. it just has to be approved by the voters
