As I mentioned elsewhere, this is what I saw in my dad near the end as he was dying from CHF, but my dad did not have IV diuretics.

Agreed. That bizarre comment appears to be in response to something that happened in his private life because no one has been able to find a public incident which it would fit with.

Plus, he quite obviously doesn't believe in God and just uses the most superficial of religious trappings to not alienate those in his base who do.
