The manufacturers will find a way, especially since people want vaccines. They just won’t be free, and you will have to release them from liability.

Companies that make them have been protected from lawsuits for damage since the 80 s during the Reagan admin. when they made it official with NCVIA of 1986.

This is perplexing. What is preventing a manufacturer from simply selling a vaccine to a recipient? The answer may lie in the VIS, which under NCVIA is developed by the CDC. No VIS, no immunity from lawsuits. At least that’s how it looks to me.
