I'm getting so tired of hearing about this campaign. I already hate that I have to deal with New York City's politics, I don't need to know about the random congressional district north of Chicago. And stories like this are why.

Imagine being from neither of these cities and really not giving a crap about or hearing any more about either of their campaigns.

I live in the Chicago area and this has happened a few times - terminally online resistance candidates trailing nothing-special statehouse lawmakers who put in their dues in Springfield, know the public-sector union people they need endorsements from, etc (see Renato Mariotti running for AG in 2018)

26 is fine but in general I don’t think your public service career should start at “Congress” when you’re that age and don’t already have some sort of reputation specific to the district. Run for city council after serving on a volunteer committee or something first

Or school board or something. I think she lacks some important life experience that would better prepare her for this.
