it's not *not* related to our current problems but this sort of thing is one of the worst things that is not really directly a part of our current problems

the internet has enabled some really insane crime and I am not sure how to fight it because there are strong geopolitical and technical reasons it is hard to contain things on the internet without some real splash damage

Gets reflected in our domestic problems too where we see how easy it is to tear down but how hard it is to build. It is easy to create a web of chat rooms that encourage destructive behavior for the purpose of just being destructive
