….at some point we have to stop pretending and be honest. The Abrego Garcia case is so far gone no one is defending him anymore. It’s to the point that not only has 2 judges agreed he was an MS-13 gang member but now a Grand Jury has indicted Garcia on human smuggling charges. Stop

Uhhhhh this based on details of a case… They figuring whether Garcia was a leader and couldn’t provide evidence for that. However based on the evidence already given to the grand jury regarding human smuggling he still is a member of MS-13 and most likely a probationary member (working his way in)
