“Pan con tomate”. It is particularly Catalan. It’s normal to rub tomato and drizzle oil onto a bocadillo in Catalonia but not at all in Madrid. However, grated tomato and oil is usually presented with breakfast toast in Madrid.

Spanish toast but with Kerrygold butter. Scrambled eggs made only with eggs + Kerrygold. Seasoned with salt, white pepper, tarragon.
