If I didn’t follow a lot of very smart people via social media, I would’ve given up all hope by now. People like Marc Elias keep me going. Lots of attorneys and former prosecutors and judges, some retired military, a few media people, and some activists.
Keep speaking out. Yours is a voice l"m listening to.
I try to find great people who are dealing with our situation and share what they’re saying and writing.. some are public figures and some just every day people like the rest of us.. 💙🇺🇸💙
I always think of the real life attorney from the movie Spotlight, Mitchell Garabedian, who was tenacious an unrelenting. Marc Elias is like that. I am thankful for those kind of people - no capes, but doing whats right with their expertise and voice instead of doing dear leader’s dirty work.
I forgot to mention historians and academics. Including Heather Cox Richardson, whom I discovered years ago on FB, before she started her almost daily letters.. One good source often leads to another….
